Francisco Vaz, PLAYERS OF FUTURE midfielder, made his debut this Saturday in Amora's eleven against Oriental, in a match counting for the 10th round of Series E of the National Championship of the 2nd Junior Division A. Despite the defeat (2 -1), the Medideira team maintained fourth place in the series, seven points away from a place that gives access to the fight phase for promotion to the 1st Division.
- How did Amora's under-19 debut go?
- In collective terms, it didn't go as expected... defeat wasn't in the plans, but we have to believe that things will improve.
- Did you experience difficulties adapting?
- Well, in personal terms I think it was a good debut. I didn't have any difficulties adapting, as I already knew what I had to do on the field. I felt good!
- What was your debut number?
- I played with the number 8 and it's the 8 that I like to play with. I hope to keep it, it's a good sign.
- Is ownership, then, to be maintained?
- That's my goal. I want to keep my title but I know that I will have to continue working hard to achieve my goal.
- Despite the defeat against Oriental, qualification for the promotion phase remains the objective?
- Clearly! Amora's goal is to win game by game but always thinking about becoming champion. This result with Oriental simply means we have to work harder to achieve that goal.
