In an extensive interview with SAPO DESPORTO, RECORD and O JOGO, Ricardo Barão, PLAYERS OF FUTURE coach, considers facing Sporting a final and the objective for an amateur club. «Olivais e Moscavide wants to show that, in this division, there is also a lot of quality and many players who deserve to be in a third or second division.
They want to show that they are an organized team and that they want to try to implement their game, with attractive football. If we lose 2-1, win 1-0 or lose 14-0, that is what will interest us least on Saturday”, pointed out the 44-year-old Lisbon coach. Ricardo Barão works as a salesman in Lisbon and starts work early, leaving around 5:30 pm, which is why he regretted the little time available to prepare for such a duel. «In these divisions, people work as well or better than up there. We have little time to prepare things. They have entire days to observe games, see their opponents and prepare for training. They train in the morning and in the afternoon they can see what went well or wrong and correct it the next day. We leave home at 7:00 or 8:00, we work until 4:30 or 5:00, we come here for two hours, we get home around 9:00 and, even if we want to watch games, we have to prepare for the day's work, because that's what feeds us, makes us live and our family needs that", says the PLAYERS OF FUTURE coach.
