Ricardo Barão, PLAYERS OF FUTURE coach, led Olivais e Moscavide to a draw (2-2) against Estrela da Amadora B, in a match counting for the 8th round of the 1st Division of the Lisbon Football Association. The goals for the team led by Ricardo Barão were scored by Italo Phelippe and Fabrício Simões. Olivais e Moscavide occupies sixth place in the standings with 12 points, five less than the leading duo formed by Interoeste and Estrela da Amadora B. It should be noted that the Lisbon team has a game behind against Interoeste and has not lost in six games (3v and 3e).
- How do you analyze the home draw against Estrela da Amadora B?
- It was a meager result. At home we always want to win and get the three points. Therefore, the point gained, even in front of the leader, was little known. For the game itself, I think it was a fair result. It was a great football game with two very mature teams who knew exactly what they wanted on the field and were looking for the three points. On the other hand, we could have won the three points. We were winning 1-0, then 2-1 and very close to 90 minutes we still made it 3-2 but the goal was disallowed. We saw the play a few times first on the field and then on video and we don't know why, as there is no foul or out of play. I think with that goal we had won the match.
- It was the sixth championship game in a row without losing. What is the secret?
- Well, our motivation does not depend on results but on what we want every Sunday and especially every week training after training and in this I have a work group that is always very motivated and ambitious to always do more and better.
- What are your expectations for the visit to Povoense?
- The normal thing is to respect your opponent a lot. It's a great opponent that has built a great squad this year. But we want to play a good game, win the three points and, if possible, play good football.
