Ricardo Barão, coach Players Of Future, will lead Olivais and Moscavide (1st Division of AF Lisbon) in the historic meeting against Sporting, counting for the third round of the Portuguese Cup. Remember that in the two previous rounds, the team coached by the son of Francisco Barão, a historic Leo defender, defeated Real Sport Clube and Sandinenses, both games played away from home.
When analyzing the draw, Ricardo Barão did not hide his emotion: "It's normal for players to be excited. It is always a game that marks the careers of these players, who work throughout the week at their jobs. It's going to be another game with a high level of difficulty... let's see how we do..."
Son of a historic Sporting player, Ricardo Barão had no doubts in choosing which of the big three he would prefer: "I always wanted to face Sporting. I have strong sentimental ties to Sporting, as you know my father played there between 1978 and 1982, having won two championships, two Portuguese Cups and a Super Cup..."
Please note that the third round is scheduled for the next 20th, 21st and 22nd of October.
